Shivan Bhatt

Shivan is an expert in corporate strategy, financial management and fund operations. He has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry, specifically alternative investments (Insurance-linked securities and U.S. Life Settlements). He has a proven track record in fund structuring, capital raising and marketing, and is known for his strong global network across the U.S., Europe and the Cayman Islands. Prior to his time in alternative investments, Shivan was a chartered accountant specialising in corporate finance and audit of HNW owner-managed businesses in the UK, alongside biotech and FTSE-listed businesses based in Cambridgeshire. Shivan is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants where he has undertaken research in AI ethics, focusing on the impact on the professional accountants, in conjunction with Bayes Business School in London. He is also a member of the Guild of Investment Managers, based in the City of London.
