Rob Mirsky

Rob is the Asset Management Practice Leader for Tax and has more than 20 years experience in advising financial services companies, banks, investors and asset managers. Rob has experience in the structuring, fundraising, tax and operational aspects of alternative and traditional funds and managers and has considerable experience in structuring both offshore and onshore investment funds, financial products and cross border investments. Rob has represented clients in the U.S. and abroad and written extensively on investment fund technical issues and industry trends. He is a frequent speaker before professional audiences and is often quoted in the global press. He earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science and economics from Boston University and a Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law. Rob is the Founder and Chairman Emeritus of the UK based child protection charity Help for Children UK.
