Priya Mukherjee

Priya is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor with over fifteen years’ experience advising clients in the asset management industry on UK tax matters. She is a Partner at Larkstoke Advisors, a boutique financial services firm, providing alternative asset managers with tax and accounting services. Prior to joining Larkstoke in 2020, Priya worked for over a decade at Duff & Phelps and Kinetic Partners in London. She has a wealth of experience supporting both large multi-national asset managers as well as start-ups, with a focus on FCA regulated hedge fund managers. She specialises in supporting clients on advisory projects and compliance matters, including tax structuring, transfer pricing, tax investigations, UK reporting fund status, partnership and corporate taxation, and a variety of other tax issues. Priya has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Warwick. She is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. She has previously published work in the AIMA Journal and is a member of the Climate Change Working Group at the CIOT.
