Petra Dismorr

Petra Dismorr is co-founder and CEO of NorthPeak Advisory, a boutique ESG advisory supporting alternative asset managers in their ESG journey. NorthPeak Advisory partners with their clients ranging from hedge funds, private equity managers to corporates to ensure that their ESG integration and commitments are in line with their investment strategy and firm culture. Petra has 15 years experience of hedge fund sales and marketing both on the buyside and sellside. Most recently she ran EMEA business development for Bardin Hill. Prior to that she spent 7 years as a Director on Citigroup’s EMEA Capital Introduction team. There Petra assisted Citigroup’s hedge fund clients with their asset raising needs and global institutional investors with their allocation searches. Petra is an active supporter of the British Exploring Society, Conservation International and GAIN – Girls Are Investors.
