Lucy Balicki

Lucy is a Business Development Director at Copper, the leading digital asset custodian and infrastructure provider. Lucy started her career in traditional finance, specialising in regulatory compliance infrastructure for alternative asset managers through various roles at FundRock, Apex and Laven Partners. Lucy moved across into digital assets in 2022, where she leverages her alternative fund knowledge to help managers bridge the gap between traditional finance and digital assets. Lucy works with managers and other industry participants to help them build out the optimal infrastructure to enable their full engagement in the digital asset ecosystem whilst mitigating the key risks associated with the asset class. Alongside her role at Copper, Lucy is a long-standing member of 100Women in Finance, contributing most recently to the Education Committee. Lucy has also been involved in fundraising efforts for a number of industry charities.
