Kim started her career in 2008 as the Operations Manager of a homeless shelter outside Washington DC. Following graduate school she moved into finance working at both State Street and ICAP, which was later acquired by the CME Group. While working in finance she held a number of senior sales and business development roles helping to drive the OTC foreign exchange and money market platforms in both the Americas and EMEA regions. While at ICAP Kim was a cofounder of the firm’s gender and mental health networks that collectively had 700 members across seven offices globally. Kim joined All of Us in January responsible for driving the growth and strategic direction of the business. Kim earned her BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland and her MA in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School.
