Ian Murrin
After completing a Short Service Limited Commission in the Army and a degree in Economics and Econometrics, Ian began his career in the marketing department at Proctor & Gamble, followed by stints at United Biscuits, Hewlett Packard, and several other technology-focussed companies. In 2000, Ian founded Digiterre with the sole aim of building a business that did a better job of creating software that people want to use. Exchange scholarship from the University of St Andrews, finishing with a degree in Economics and Econometrics from Queen’s University. Entrepreneurship and innovation, yacht racing, Scottish winter ice climbing, kite surfing, mountain biking, human rights, and adventurous travel with his family.
