With over 27 years in the Financial Services sector, targeting both buy-side and sell-side firms, it has now become all the more important to empathise with different firm cultures and understand their political landscape. Being brought up in Luxembourg, amongst various European influences, has shaped my understanding of how to ‘relate’ with new encounters, whatever their origin or seniority. I have spent my whole career helping firms to solve their challenges and believe that this is where our core focus should be – Understand, relate, assist and solve in a repeatable manner is the ‘secret sauce’ of success.
