Andy is a highly motivated and personable leader with significant consulting, commercial, and relationship management experience, strong team and department management abilities and a proven aptitude for successful client generation, integration and retention. In his leadership role, as Managing Director, Andy brings almost two decades of regulatory and financial services experience to the alternative investment sector in London. His vocation has remained financial services regulation throughout his career, where he continues to use his robust technical knowledge to provide first-class client service and consulting expertise in the complex world of alternative investment management. At ACA Group, his current role encompasses a wide-ranging remit of strategic direction, budgeting, resourcing and day-to-day management of ACA’s UK regulatory advisory offering, as well as the management of a substantial book of consulting business personally. From a subject matter perspective, Andy focused on the hedge fund sector for the first ten years of his career but added to that knowledge by leading ACA’s Private Market Practice in Europe. He continues to be a thought leader and regulatory specialist for both Hedge Fund and Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate managers. Through his broad experience and capabilities, Andy and the London leadership team strive to maintain ACA Group’s reputation as the leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) provider for financial services. Over recent years and into the future Andy aims to demonstrate the true value of ACA and its scale to its clients through its provision of exceptional Advisory, Technology and Managed Services.
