Andrew Frost

Andrew leads the Lawson Conner Investment Management practice where he is responsible for the launch of asset management businesses and their associated investment funds. He works very closely with prospective launches across hedge, private equity, real estate, venture capital and corporate finance and covers a diverse range of entrepreneurs looking to establish their businesses under the FCA regulatory environment. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Andrew joined Man / GLG after graduating from university in 2005 and was responsible for raising capital across an array of systematic, structured product and discretionary strategies. In 2010, he transferred to the organisation’s London office in Mayfair where he took responsibility for raising capital across the UK wholesale market and focused on the group’s long only, fixed income and absolute return strategies. He joined Lawson Conner in 2014. Andrew holds a degree in Economics from the University of Technology in Sydney and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. He has participated and spoken at many industry events throughout his career and developed strong working relationships with many of the top regulatory law firms in the UK and Europe.
