Yerin Hallam


Yerin launched her career in the Investment Industry in 2018 after graduating from the University of Southampton, with a First-Class Honours degree in Fashion Marketing. She was at an early career crossroads in making a decision between accepting a CRM role at Selfridges or following a route into Financial Services, working at a Consultancy, Delta Capita and being based on a Barclays and then Credit Suisse project. The decision was made to choose the latter and she has not looked back.

Yerin’s next role was an Analyst position at Nomura. There she was responsible for and gained valuable experience onboarding clients, covering 200+ Global Markets and Investment Banking Sales teams. Her next role was heading up Client Relations at Appital, an award winning Fintech of the Year startup. Yerin managed an extensive client base including the top 40 asset managers, the largest sovereign wealth banks, EMS’ and brokers. Appital Turquoise BookBuilder™ was launched where she was an integral part of a significant ceremony in September 2022, at the startup’s partner London Stock Exchange to commemorate the inaugural trades of the world’s first algorithmic bookbuilding platform.

Sales has been Yerin’s next career challenge. She now works on the Prime Brokerage Sales desk at IG Prime sitting beneath the wider, global IG Group. Yerin is extremely excited for what the future has in store for her career and her primary goal now is to provide both hedge fund and family office clients tailored services of the highest standard – watch this space.
