Ryan Downing

Ryan heads up the OSMO Outsourced Operations Team, bringing over 18 years of Operations experience across the investment management industry. He has covered an extensive range of products, strategies and markets across the hedge fund and asset management sectors. In addition to managing OSMO’s current portfolio of hedge fund clients, Ryan oversees new client onboarding, and also counterparty relationships and technology partnerships on behalf of the firm.

Prior to joining OSMO, Ryan was Operations Manager at Attestor Limited, where his team covered a range of complex transactions across Distressed and Special Situations strategies. Ryan also held a similar role at BlueBay Asset Management for a number of years prior , and has extensive experience managing teams in delivering optimum levels of service and project-based solutions across the buy-side.

In addition, Ryan holds the Prince2Agile Practitioner qualification in Project Management, and a BA in Economics from University of East Anglia.
