Hannah joined Waystone in 2020 as an Associate Director after starting her career at Laven Partners, a boutique compliance firm focused on regulatory hosting, operational due diligence and RegTech solutions. Hannah’s focus at Waystone is on establishing and building sustained relationships amongst Waystone’s growing global client base by assisting clients structure funds to fit their requirements for a successful launch from a operational perspective.

In 2022, she hosted a panel discussion ‘Waystone - Let’s Talk’ which brought industry participants together and gave light to social behaviours still occurring in the industry and recognising the changes still needed. Hannah is a member of several industry groups such as 100 Women in Finance, WIBF and AIMA and has spoken on panels focused on D&I and getting started in the asset management industry.

Beyond the day-to-day, Hannah is a committee member of the charitable fundraising group - The Winchester which, since inception, has raised over £300k for charities such as the Cure Parkinson’s Trust, The Matt Ratana Foundation and the Doddie Weir Foundation as well as volunteering at The Listening Place, which offers face to face support to those who feel life is no longer worth living.

Hannah holds a BSc with first class honours in Business and Psychology from the University of Liverpool and is currently working towards her Level 1 Charted Financial Analyst (“CFA”).
