Estelle Rocca-Serra

Estelle is a Senior Principal Consultant within the ESG Advisory team at leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) firm, ACA Group. She initially joined ACA in 2020 as part of ACA Mirabella, the regulatory hosting platform of ACA Group, working closely with international asset managers and hedge fund clients to oversee their regulatory compliance. She rapidly progressed to a leading role, establishing, and mentoring a new team of future compliance officers, supporting fund managers in establishing and implementing their compliance framework. Currently Estelle is working in the ACA’s ESG division, linking the increasing regulation with the important ESG implementation work. In this role, she provides compliance and sustainability expertise to review and develop ESG programs based on best practices, current regulatory requirements, and robust oversight processes.

As a professional member of the International Compliance Association, Estelle believes strongly in the trusted partner role that compliance plays in advising and steering the investment industry in doing the right thing, may it be related to the prevention of financial crime or more recently to address pressing environmental and social issues.

Over the last 25 years, in a diverse career spanning from science to fine art, from Paris to London, through each discipline and experience, she has compiled a distinctive skill set and insatiable curiosity enabling her to approach client support and problem solving from both a creative and practical perspective. ACA clients’ feedback that Estelle develops personable relationships with them and is trusted for her deep expertise, diligence and conscientiousness.
